Plato
Plato (427–347 BCE) was a Greek philosopher and student of Socrates. He founded the Academy in Athens and wrote extensively on ethics, politics, and metaphysics. His works include The Republic, The Apology, and The Symposium, which explore themes of virtue, justice, and the human condition. Plato's legacy continues to influence modern philosophy.
